Waiver and Release: The person using this ticket assumes all risk of personal injury or loss of or damage to property.  Obstructions, hazards, changing conditions, ice, stumps and stones exist in any ski touring area.  The purchaser recognizes such dangers – marker or unmarked -and he/she accepts the hazards of the sport and danger of injury thereto, including the negligence and carelessness on the part of fellow skiers.  The user also agrees that Nordic Skier Sports Inc., Wolfeboro X-C Ski Association and Wolfeboro Parks and Recreation Dept. and its agents shall no be held liable in the event of injury or death.
